Goldkey Properties expands Real Estate offerings with Hammond Court

Goldkey Properties Limited, one of Ghana’s leading Real Estate developers, has unveiled an expansion of its real estate offerings with a groundbreaking ceremony marking the beginning of construction for its new Hammond Court. The groundbreaking ceremony represents a fulfilment to the commitment Goldkey Properties made earlier in 2019, laying out plans for the new residential apartments.

Located in Cantonments, one of Accra’s prime areas, this luxurious development has a selection of studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom (plus 1-bedroom staff quarters) semi-detached houses. Facilities on offer include free WIFI, smart lighting systems in all rooms, a swimming pool, air conditioners, a gymnasium, fully fitted kitchens, backup water supply, a standby generator as well as 24-hour security and property management services.

In a statement to the media, Managing Director of GoldKey Properties, Madam Fuseina Abu, said “In over two decades of building and managing a portfolio of world-class properties, Goldkey has always endeavoured to be at the forefront of innovation in Ghana’s Real Estate sector, providing quality and affordable housing to suit the needs of both upper and middle-income earners. With Hammond Court, we are excited to continue to uphold the values of quality, safety, total excellence and the optimum use of space in prime locations, which have set us apart.”

She added that, with other upcoming developments, Goldkey Properties would continue to focus on demonstrating leadership and competency in commercial and residential developments for sales and rental, as well as a service-driven property management culture.

With over 20 years of expertise in building and managing a portfolio of world-class properties, Goldkey has so far developed an area of approximately 40,000sqm for rental and commercial purposes at prime locations in Accra including Airport, Cantonments, Ridge, Labone, Abelemkpe and East Legon.
