Kwaku is CH Group’s Executive Chairman with over 20 years’ experience in investment, advisory, transactions and project finance. He has served as the Executive Chairman of CH Group since its inception. The Group has significant interests in real estate, oil and gas, and agri-business.


He is an ardent entrepreneur. In 1997, he established Chase Petroleum Ghana Limited, a fast-growing Oil Trading and Bulk Distribution Company. Under his leadership, Chase Petroleum is recognized as one of the leading oil companies in Ghana, and was the first to be issued with a Bulk Distributor’s License.


In 1999, Kwaku saw a gap in Ghana’s real estate market and set up Goldkey Properties Limited to develop real estate in Accra’s prime locations. Goldkey Properties has since developed real estate infrastructure with an approximate asset base of over US$100M.




Cynthia is an Executive Director of Goldkey, CH Group’s Director of Operations, and a member of the Group’s Executive leadership team. Her focus is on leading and operationalizing strategy, and pursuing growth opportunities across all the Group’s subsidiaries.


She has been instrumental expanding driving the Goldkey vision and expanding its real estate business over the last 16 years. In 2014, she spearheaded the diversification of Goldkey’s portfolio into mixed use development with the introduction of the Cantonments City project; A 62,000 sqm. mixed-use development.


Cynthia has studied Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment at The MIT school of Architecture and Planning and also holds an MBA with Distinction from The Birmingham Business School. She has participated in several global conferences on strategy and real estate development and management.




Fuseina is Managing Director of Goldkey, and has overall responsibility for acquisitions, project delivery, marketing, sales and leasing, finance and administration. Her career spans over 15 years in real estate.


Prior to joining Goldkey, as Finance Director of Skanska UK Development, she was responsible for driving the company’s financial and real-estate strategy and led a number of high-profile transactions. Prior to that she was Senior Finance Manager at Land Securities, the UK’s largest property company, where she had responsibility for the financial operational management of the Group’s £6 billion London office portfolio. Her career started at Grant Thornton UK LLP in audit and advisory, focusing on real-estate clients.


Fuseina holds a BA Hons degree from the University of Nottingham and is a fellow of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales).




Reginald is Head of Property Management, at Denton Property Managers, a subsidiary of Goldkey. He has 12 years’ extensive experience in property and facilities Management.


Prior to joining Goldkey, Reginald has held a number of high-profile roles in the Property Management Industry. As Senior Property and Facilities Manager at Broll, and then as Head of Properties and Facilities Management at Devtraco he built up a wealth of technical and commercial experience. He has also worked in the property department of SSNIT and KNUST.


Reginald is a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, Chartered Institute of Buildings and the American Academy of Project Management. He holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, an MPhil. in Land Management and a Bsc. in Land Economy from KNUST. Reginald also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from GSGL.




Yaw Owusu Nyantakyi is the Project Manager responsible for delivering Goldkey’s residential project portfolio. He is a building technologist with over 15 years’ experience in engineering project management, contract management, construction planning and management.


He has extensive project management knowledge having worked with firms such Mining and Building Contractors Limited, Costain West Africa PLC, Antartic Contract Works Limited and David Walter Limited. His experience spans the delivery of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects for private, governmental and commercial entities.


Yaw holds a BSc degree in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MSc. in Engineering Project Management from Coventry University in the United Kingdom.




Alexander Dordor is a dynamic construction project management professional, responsible for delivering Goldkey’s commercial portfolio of projects. He has extensive knowledge and over 15 years’ experience in contract administration, works procurement, civil engineering and building cost consulting services.


Prior to joining Goldkey, Alex worked for the Department of Urban Roads, gaining broad experience in a number of different roles including Quantity Surveyor, Contract Manager and Project Manager, and subsequently, Head of Department.


Alexander holds a BSc in Building Technology, an MSc. Development Management, and an MBA from The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He also holds Post Graduate Certificates in Procurement Management, Contract Administration and Project Risk Management, from The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.




Afua is Head of Sales and Marketing for Goldkey where she is responsible for sales and rentals of the company’s residential and commercial portfolio. Her career began with CH Group as a Business Analyst, and she has since occupied a number of roles within the Group, gaining valuable experience in business development and process improvements.


Afua plays a key role in finding new opportunities for Goldkey, identifying and liaising with joint venture partners and land owners, to bring new projects to fruition. She is also responsible for driving Goldkey’s marketing strategy, including property launches, advertising and online promotions.


She holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Windsor, and an MSc in International Business from Hult International Business School.




Justine joined Goldkey from Broll Ghana Limited where she worked in both the Valuation &
Advisory Team and the Brokerage Teams, gaining an in-depth knowledge of the real estate
market, and the experience of working with a diverse portfolio of commercial office and retail
clients. She has successfully lead a number of high-profile lease negotiations.
Having actively worked in contract negotiations, lease administration, sales and marketing and
estate brokerage, Justine has extensive networks within real estate.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah
University of Science and Technology and proceeded to obtain a certificate in Project
Management Training from Ghana Technology University College.



Solomon is the Head of Finance of Goldkey Properties Limited having joined in September 2019.
He has over 10 years’ experience in finance, with a focus on Real Estate. He started his career in
Private Accountancy Practice, before moving into Investment Banking, and then into Industry.
In over 6 years at HFC Bank and its subsidiaries (later Republic Bank) Solomon rose through the
ranks, from Accounts Officer to Group Financial Accountant, gathering extensive experience in
Management and Financial Accounting, Board Reporting, Auditing, Budgeting, Taxation,
Investment Banking and Fund Management. Subsequently at TG Holdings, Solomon was
responsible for the Financial Management and Group Financial Reporting of a group of companies
in diverse industries, whose operations included Finance, Real Estate and Property Management,
before he moved to Broll Ghana Limited as Head of Finance. At Broll, he was responsible for the
overall Finance, Accounting and Treasury Function of a property portfolio of 350,000 square
meters, over 700 clients and with a value in excess of USD900m. Solomon holds a BA Degree in
Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana, and a Masters Degree in Finance from
Coventry University (UK).
He is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK and a member of
Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).
